This project included the complete construction of a custom playground, featuring durable, safety-compliant play structures designed for long-term use and high traffic. The playground was integrated seamlessly into the surrounding landscape, with thoughtful spacing, safety surfacing, and clear sightlines.

In addition, we completed the installation of a full-size tennis court, built to performance standards with precise grading, surfacing, and striping to ensure durability and playability.

Our scope also included extensive landscaping throughout the property, incorporating planted beds, trees, and greenery to soften the architecture, improve drainage, and enhance the overall outdoor experience. All landscaping elements were designed to complement the surrounding buildings while providing year-round visual appeal.

We also prepared the pool area, completing all necessary groundwork and coordination to ensure the space was fully ready for final pool installation and long-term operation. Adjacent to the pool, we installed pergolas and shaded seating areas, creating comfortable gathering spaces that balance function with modern design.
